Shipping Policy
SHIPPING
Orders are shipped USPS, UPS, or DHL. Emily Claire LLC is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. All shipping fees are nonrefundable.
LEAD TIME
I try to ship all orders within 5 business days. If for any reason your order is delayed, I will communicate that to you as soon as possible.
Please be aware it may take a day or two for the carrier tracking information to update once an order has shipped.
If you need your purchase to be delivered by a specific time, please note that on your order. I will do my best to accommodate you!
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
I do ship internationally, depending on the size of the piece and country. Before purchasing, please contact me for a shipping estimate.
Your country may charge additional customs duty and/or import taxes, which are the sole responsibility of the customer/recipient. Emily Claire LLC is not responsible for paying for any applicable duty, value added taxes (VAT) or import consumption taxes charged to you by your country.
Any orders refused for lack of payment that are returned to us will be refunded, less the shipping costs. For more information about your country's policies on imports and potential duty fees, please visit your country's customs website.
